Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

RETURNS

All policies outlined herein last 30 days.

Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded, due to their inherent nature (such as digital prints). Many of our items are unique and one-of-a-kind, and therefore are non-refundable. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, unless the item(s) are damaged and in an unusable state. We do take every precaution to ensure items leave our location in pristine condition, and we do make every attempt to ship items in appropriate packaging to ensure the products' safety, but we cannot take back items.  In the event that such a refund is required, you will be reimbursed your purchase price less the applicable shipping costs paid at time of purchase.

To complete any such return or refund, we require a receipt or invoice, which would have been emailed to you at the time of purchase.

Once your refund request is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do reserve the right to refuse any such refund request at the discretion of the owners, and on a case-by-case basis. Any abuse of our refund policy will not be tolerated per our Store Terms.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@truerenegade.com.


Exchanges

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email at info@truerenegade.com. All exchanged merchandise must be returned in as-new condition without any damage or defect, in original packing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
